in members
of Academyа
Protocol is ratified by Presidium of Academy of safety and bases of
health 24.11.2005 ╣ 3.
This Statute according
to Regulation of Academy of safety and bases of health (p. 3 ДMembership
in an academy. Right membersФа and duties) determines
an order and regulates the terms of entry in Academy.
1.
Election of actual member (academician) of Academy
In accordance with Regulation of Academy of
safety and bases of health the citizen of
-
scientific feet (doctor of
sciences, candidate of sciences);
- scientific rank
(associate professor, professor);
- scientific and scientific-methodical
labours on the questions of safety andа
health, technical developments,
inventions, rationalization suggestions which are instrumental
in the rise of safety and improvement of health.
Exceptional terms. By
an actual member
(by an academician) a member
ABOZou, which has, can be select
:
-
scientific rank of
associate professor for lack of scientific degree;
- rank of member-correspondent of Academy of safety and bases
of health;
- rank of academician of other academies (if membership is not
forbidden by Regulation of other academy);
-
considerable payment in development of science and education on the questions of safety andа health.
Election of actual member (academician)
takes place in three stages.
And stage.
аAn applicant
gives the complete set of documents in the
secretariat of Presidium ABOZ:
-
statement;
-
questionnaire of member of Academy of safety and
bases of health; а
- 2 pictures 3ї4 sm;
- personality sheet from consideration of shots;
- copies of diplomas about education, appropriation of scientific
degree, scientific rank.

list of scientific labours and
inventions for the last 5 years;
- autobiography;
- recommendation of member of Presidium ABOZou;
-
receipt about payment of affiliation and membership
fees.
The complete set of documents is given

given by a bread-winner not later than 10 days to
meeting, is considered
on meeting of Presidium of Academy. Decision about election (about
recommendation in relation to the grant of
other rank) is made by the free vote of members
of Presidium ABOZ.
The ▓▓▓ stage. а
Appropriation of rank of actual
member (academician)
of Academy of safety and bases of health is conducted on the taken chair of
Presidium of Academy not later thanа one month
after make decision.
2. Election of member-correspondent
of Academy
In accordance with Regulation of Academy of safety and bases of health the citizen of
-
scientific feet of
candidate of sciences or scientific rank (associate professor, professor);
- members-correspondents of
other academies (how that membership is unforbidden
by regulation);
- scientific and
scientific-methodical labours on the questions of safety andа health, technical developments,
inventions, rationalization suggestions which are instrumental
in the rise of safety and improvement of health.
Exceptional terms. On
the rank of member-correspondent of Academy
the member of academy can apply which:
-
in the proper industry has a higher qualifying level;
- did considerable payment in development of
Academy.
Election
of member-correspondent takes place in three
stages.

3. Election of the honoured
member of Academy
In accordance with Regulation of Academy of safety and bases of health by the honoured member the citizen of

4. Acceptance of foreign
member of Academy
In accordance with Regulation of Academy of safety and bases of health the citizen of other state,
which attained 18 years, can by a foreign member, acknowledges position
of Regulation and pays membership payments.:

5. Acceptance in members of Academy
In accordance with Regulation of Academy of safety
and bases of health research workers, teachers, ingenerno-tehnichni workers of
production organizations, enterprises and research institutes,
workersа of businessа corporations,а
students, and other citizens which
attained 18 years, can be members, acknowledge
position of Regulation and pay membership payments.

of Academy are under an obligation:

to adhere to the
requirements of Regulation;

to participate actively in
activity of Academy;
-
to provide
realization of decisions of leading organs of Academy;
-
to help creative growth of specialists in industry of safety of vital
functions of man and steady development;
-
to report about the activity not rarer
onceа on two years;
-
in good time to pay membership payments.
The members
of Academy have a right:
-
to elect
and be select in the leading organs of Academy;
-
to enter in the complement
of structural subdivisions of Academy;
-
to take part in measures which are
conducted by Academy;
-
to be informed about activity of Academy and its leading
organs,а and also to have an access toа the
informativeа banks of Academy;
-
to send
in the leading organsа of Academyа of suggestionа on the questions of activity of Academy, and
also on the questions related to their
professional activity and defence of
professional interests;
-
to collect the help from Academy (consultations,а uses by an informative data bank and others
like that).
Membership in Academy provides:
1. Regular informative providing - daydgest
scientific, scientific-methodicalа editions,
by means electronic deliveryа or poshtoyo (at the
grant there are 12 envelopes with a reverse
address).
2. Possibility
of election in academicians, members the correspondents
3. Possibility
of receipt of the honoured ranks ДThe honoured professor of AcademyФ ДThe

3. MEMBERSHIP IN ACADEMY.а RIGHT MEMBERS AND DUTIES
3.1.
Membership in Academy can beа individualа and collective.
3.2.
The individual members of Academy can be: research workers,
teachers, ingenerno-tehnichni workers of production organizations, enterprises
and research institutes, workersа of businessа corporations,а
students, and other citizens which attained
18 years, acknowledge position of Regulation
and pay membership payments.
3.3.
Persons, that did not
attain a 18 annual age are accepted
in the complement of small Academy on the basis of statement, which acknowledge position
of Regulation. They zvilnyoyotsya from payment of membership payments.
3.4.
Individual members Ч actual members (academicians),
members the correspondents, foreignа members
of Academy, academic advisers, honoured members and members
of academy.
3.5.
Acceptance in members of Academy is carried out on the basis of
statement. Order of acceptance in members of
Academy, extract in the fight actual members (academicians), members-correspondents
and foreign members of Academy is set by Presidium of Academy.
3.6.
Enterprises, establishments
and organizations which appoint (elect) a
representative (representatives) in Academy, can be collective members.
3.7.
The reception in Academy of
collective members is carried out by
Presidium, by the free vote on the basis of handed in writing applications and
decisions of the proper organ of labour collective of organization, enterprise,
establishment, union of citizens.
3.8.
With the purpose of forming
of reserve of election of actual members and members
of correspondents of Academy, the institute of
academic advisers, which
is elected on Common collections, is created.
3.9.
For prominent merits and considerable personal payment in
development of science and education from
direction of safety of vital functions of man, bases of health, ecological
safety and steady developmentа
Presidium of Academy can appropriate to the citizens of
3.10. To the member of Academy a diploma and member's ticket is given out, standards
of which becomes establish firmly Presidium of
Academy.
3.11. Affiliationа
andа
membership fees on leaving or exception from Academy to returning
are not subject.
3.12. The members of Academy have a right:
- to elect and be select in the leading
organs of Academy;
- to enter in the complement of structural subdivisions of Academy;
- to take part in measures which are conducted by Academy;
